After 115 Seawind 1160s had rolled off the line, and struggling to market a premium-priced catamaran in the US against adverse exchange rates, Seawind made a bold choice: Revamp the venerable 1160 into a new model (maybe two, but that’s another story) that exemplifies new modern standards for interior and further reduced weight. It’s still an 1160. A fantastic performer with luxurious space for 8+. An open, fully danceable cockpit that must be seen to be believed.
