Upgrades/Changes in the Passagemaker Edition vs original 1600:

Slightly beamier hulls with even more use of carbon and kevlar reinforcement gives greater strength and load carrying capacity, as well as interior volume, including larger cabins/bunks forward with additional stowage options. Also reversed bows – this is an entirely new hull form from new molds.
5cm More bridgedeck clearance to further minimize wave slap.
Larger mast cross section for increased strength, negating the need for an inner forestay.
Larger ports and windows, including panoramic windows down in the hulls to bring more light into the interior.
New 24v based electrical system creates greater efficiency and control while reducing cable weight (200kg).
The anchoring setup has been moved aft to the midpoint of the longaron, reducing forward weight and bowsprit clutter.
