For over two decades, the Seawind 1160 has been one of the most celebrated cruising catamarans in the world. Launched in 2004 after the success of the Seawind 1000, the 1160 quickly earned numerous International Design and Boat of the Year Awards, with hundreds of boats sold worldwide. These vessels have completed many hundreds of ocean crossings and multiple world circumnavigations, proving their blue water capability time and time again.

In 2014, the Seawind 1160 Lite introduced the second generation of this model, offering a simplified and more accessible version while still delivering the performance, safety, and ease of maintenance Seawind owners love.
